I am currently on the trial version of Zoho One and plan to complete the subscription at the conclusion of the trial. Things have been going relatively smoothly except for the Portal functionality. I followed the instructions provided at: https://www.zoho.com/developer/help/build-vertical-crm/portals.html as well as Zoho user video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYmZLC5NimE&t=17s

 

When I log into my Zoho instance, Portal is not listed (please see screenshot 1). I cannot figure out how to activate the portal absent of this link or how to have the link appear. I have also attached two other screenshots that illustrate the issue I am having with implementing the CRM Customer Portal. 

 

I appreciate any assistance that you can provide in remedying this issue.
