Zoho CRM task to Zoho Connect Task , less restriction
Dear Connect & CRM team ,
As we can add task from CRM to Connect task , but there is much restriction such as , only 1 assignee, no comment, no timeline , no file , .... . As the task needs teamwork to solves , manager tracking . All of fast tasks across all Zoho except Zoho Project, we manage it in Connect.
Tasking for customers in Zoho CRM is super poor , so if possile , we would like to have Zoho CRM task functions are same as Connect as part of Zoho CRM module. OR at least, when it is pushed to Zoho Connect, we can manage it like normal Connect task, just a link to CRM and back from CRM to Connect.
