ZOHO - Customer Accounts Management - Subscriptions and Billings

Hi Zoho,

I love the Zoho suite of apps and have five (five) subscriptions for five different companies as I am a solo-entrepreneur.  One suggestion I have:

  1. Add the Customer ID to all your invoicing, billing, receipts and communications.
Currently, you have the Transaction ID on all accounts communication.  That is good for your Zoho accounting team but it is terribly difficult for my accounting team to correlate subscriptions and payments.

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
