Need Immediately! I have a test Zoho account that I hope to make my main CRM. 

I currently use Salesforce. Before I start using Zoho, I want to add some functionality. I have completed a few tasks myself, but cannot continue as my busy season is upon me. Here is what is on my agenda. I have not even research some of these items to know if they are even compatible, so let me know if they will not be available : 

  1. I need certain fields from one module to update in another model 


  2. I have installed a sales commission tracker that I need some minor finishing touches such as updating a field when ever a module is updated and having another field "products" update when a user looks up a contact. 


  3. I want to create a link in "Cases" module that opens a "Solutions" page with auto populated fields 


  4. Whenever that field reaches 100 % I need an email and text message to be sent. 


  5. I want to add an appointment date field when I am converting a lead. (this may not be possible) 


  6. After I save a form in a module (i.e. contacts, potentials) I need to have a mandatory task created. This is not a standard task. This is what we call a "Sales Task". I need a new tab called "Sales Task". I also need to be able to put it in my home page. 


  7. Every time a new lead is created, I need a text message sent to the lead owner. EXTRA: I also would like a way for me to easily upload documents to a specific contact from my desktop.
