We are in need of a PHP/MySQL programmer to create a relational database setup, accessible via HTTP and with user authentication that includes changelogging and a slim front/back end. Three levels of access are needed and all levels require login. We currently have less than 10,000 records, but will need a script that will import comma or tab separated data. The work can be done on your server, but we'd like web access to view and interact with the product before transmission to us as a zip archive. We can provide a few records of filler data at your request. -------------------- ACCESS LEVELS -------------------- 1) 'End Users' can query for formatted results; several specific fields should be searched for the criteria 2) 'Privileged Users' have the same access as End Users, but can also add/modify/delete records in a specified table. 3) 'Super Users' have the same access as Privileged Users, but will also be able to delete records. Additionally, Super Users will be able to add/remove other Users and/or change their access levels. Also available to the Super User is the changelog, which will hold all the changes made to the data in a specified table. * All users should have the ability to reset their own password via the email associated with their account. As passwords will be stored as an md5 hash, this needs to be a password reset function and not a password retrieval function. -------------------- DATABASE STRUCTURE -------------------- Users table This contains user account data. Passwords should be stored as an md5 hash with a schema similar to the following: ID | USERNAME | PASSWORD | EMAIL Changelog table This contains all changes made to data in the Donors table. It is only accessible to a Super User and follows a schema similar to the following (where UID relates to the Users table.) ID | UID | TIME | DATE | IP | CHANGES Donors table This contains vehicle donation information; it is the same table that End Users will query for results and the same table that Privileged Users will add/modify/delete records from. All fields except the ID field should be modifiable. When an End User queries this table a simple, formatted result is desired. Privileged and Super Users should be able to access a listing overview with pagination and sortable columns, and a detail view if a record is clicked.
