Zoho Desk and Project Task Integration
I'm wondering if there's a way to more tightly integrate zoho desk and zoho projects.
I have already looked at the Zoho BugTracker which does look like it would be great for our support agents to easily record a bug from desk. However this doesn't quite go far enough for what i'm looking for, as that only seems to integrate with the Bug area of a project. Is there a way to do something similar to that, but allowing support agents to make a task in a task list in zoho projects. This would be very helpful as we get quite a few tickets that are feature requests, not bugs, and we want to link the support ticket to a task in zoho projects.
Is there anyway to do this now? And if not, is this something that is planned?
