Zoho Desk app update - Android

Hello Everyone!

In the Android version of the Zoho Desk mobile app(v2.6.9), we have extended support for the below:

1. Marketplace extensions that are available within the left pane of the ticket details view on the Zoho Desk web app (desk.zoho.com) can be now accessed within the mobile app. You can do so by tapping the 'Hamburger icon' (three horizontal lines) that shows up towards the right side on the ticket details view within the Desk mobile app. Please refer to the GIF depicted below: 



2. Marketplace extensions can also be accessed at a thread level. Please refer to the screenshot depicted below: 



On a special note, we have brought in support for Chat GPT extension within the mobile app (both within the right pane and at an individual thread level). Please refer to the screenshot attached below for visual reference:

Chat GPT extension is made of two sections:

  • Ticket Prediction

  • Reply Assistance

Ticket Prediction: In this section, according to the user's response, the AI senses the pulse of the user and the issue for which the user has raised the ticket and displays the same under the topic 'Customer Mood Summary' and 'Summarised Response' respectively

Reply Assistance: An email response will be drafted considering the gained insights.

Note:

1. You can access the respective Marketplace extensions once you configure the same within the Desk web app(desk.zoho.com).

2. For now the Chat GPT extension is only available for Zoho Accounts that are mapped to US data centre.
