Zoho Desk has been extremely slow
Since we've started using Zoho Desk a few years ago it's always been a little bit slow - at least compared to other Zoho Products and other Help Desks we've used in the past. But the last few days it has been horrible. We are all remote workers so we have different internet, computers, etc and we're all experiencing it. We have to refresh the page a lot to get information to show. Changing the blueprint takes like 5 seconds or so. It's almost unusable sometimes and it really slows down our productivity.
Is there something we can do to increase the speed on our end? Do you maybe have a less resource intensive version available? I really don't want to resort to only using the Zoho Desk Android app.

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
