Hello everyone!

The latest update for the Zoho Desk mobile app (v2.8) for iOS is packed with new features and enhancements. We've harnessed the power of iOS 17 to provide you with a seamless and more efficient experience. Here's what's new:

Approvals Module: You can now effortlessly view, approve, and reject approval records directly from the mobile app. Take a look at the screenshot below for a quick preview:



iOS 17 Features:
  • Interactive Widgets: We've added support for interactive widgets, including:
Pending Approval: Easily manage approval actions right from your device's Home screen.

Pick-up Unassigned Tickets: Quickly pick up and handle the 'Unassigned Open' tickets using this widget.

  • Lock Screen Widgets: You can now add and access ticket stats and global search widgets directly from your Lock Screen. See the screenshot below for reference:



  • Standby Mode: Even in standby mode, you can stay updated on your ticket stats. Check out the screenshot for details:



  • App Shortcuts: Easily access My Open Tickets, My Overdue Tickets, Notifications, and Search using Shortcut app, Spotlight search, and Siri integration. The screenshot below provides a visual guide:



MacOS Sonoma: All the widgets available in the Zoho Desk iOS app will now be accessible on Mac with macOS Sonoma.
