Zoho Desk profiles disabled in strange case !

Hi All

We have been customers of Zoho for more than a year, we had many problems and they were resolved by Zoho support teams.

This time a strange problem occurred, which is as follows:

We use Zoho Desk to manage our customer support tickets. A month ago, we decided to use Zoho Cliq application as a framework for the WhatsApp service. WhatsApp was prepared and configured on it, users (our team) were added to Click, they are the same as those who love Zoho Desk.

After days we deleted some users from click. The strange thing is that the profile of those agents in Zoho disk has stopped working! after contacting support they said that it was permanently deleted and alternatives must be created by us in Zoho desk, indeed we created alternatives, but they did not work properly, agents encountered problems in Zoho Accounts, The system says that it does not exist and asks to re-sign up , when trying to register the system says that it already exists!!

After we were surprised by Zoho support saying that deleted profiles can be restored.. but should the emails of profiles is not used in any new created profiles.

During the past five days, no deleted user has been restored, as claimed by Zoho support, and at the same time, our inquiries and requests regarding this problem are only answered with duplicate responses that we have already responded to at the time

We are surprised that this problem persists. Is it a bug in Zoho systems or something else that we do not know?

Has a Zoho customer ever encountered this problem or is it the first time?
