This is an announcement to the Zoho Desk integration users in Zoho Analytics.
With reference to this post in Zoho Desk, the data type of 'Request ID' (Ticket ID) field in the 'Tickets' module will change from 'Number' to 'Plain Text' in Zoho Analytics integration as well.
While the common use-cases involving 'Request ID' field in visualisations are automatically handled in Zoho Analytics, some cases need action from users for seamless migration.
If you have used the Count and Distinct Count function on top of 'Request ID' field in any reports and widgets, the data type would have been changed automatically from 'Number' to 'Plain Text' in Zoho Analytics.
However, if you have used any other functions (like Sum or Avg) other than Count and Distinct Count, you need to review the report and make the necessary changes as the use-case would be invalid and the changes cannot be handled automatically.
Additionally, if you have used 'Request ID' field in any other features like aggregate formula, formula column, alert, filters, user filters and query tables with dependent reports, you need to remove the field and reuse it to handle this migration.
