Zoho Desk to Sheets - How to utilize flow to fetch ticket data?
Hi,
I am needing to fetch ticket data from desk and capture them on Sheets. The aim of it is to compile different sheets with tickets logged for an external provider based on the category it was created. I am also looking at using it to compile a list of tickets created that is linked to a major incident for trends and analysis purposes.
I hope you are able to point me in the right direction in order to use flow for the automation as it would save manual admin hours in compiling the sheets.
