I tried to use ARC client for the docs sharing api, but I get 

The requested URL can't be reached

The service might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

The response status "9879" is not allowed. See HTTP spec for more details: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616#section-6.1.1
