I am using the same URL that I use in the CRM authentication process, just passing in the Finance scopes instead. In doing so, there is no refresh token that is generated. We have automated processes that require the ability to refresh automatically and this is really not a great solution at this point in time. Using the CRM scopes, I get a refresh token. 

Is there any insight to this? Using postman, literally no refresh token is generated using "access_token=offline".
