Proposed Feature Set:
We propose the addition of a new category of Zoho Flow actions specifically designed for Zoho One departments and users. This category would include the following functionalities:
- List Departments: Retrieve a list of all departments within the Zoho One organization.
- Search Department: Find a specific department by name or ID.
- List Members in Department: Retrieve a list of all users belonging to a specific department.
- Search Members in Department: Search for users within a department based on specific criteria (e.g., name, email address).
- List Users in Organization: Retrieve a list of all users within the Zoho One organization.
Conclusion:
We believe these Zoho One department and user actions would be a valuable addition to Zoho Flow, significantly expanding its automation capabilities and empowering users to create more robust and data-driven workflows. We encourage you to consider this feature request for a future update.
