Zoho Free Plan

Zoho Free Plan

Hi,

I have my Zoho Mail forever free account from 2017.  I have neither upgraded nor downgraded my account from the time I created the account.

My dashboard shows 25 licenses.

I read in another post that as long as a user does not upgrade or downgrade the plan, the plan will continue to allow having 25 free users forever for accounts created before 15th August 2018. Only when a user changes the plan, the new policy of only 5 free users is applicable.

Based on the above, I have following queries.

1) If I add or delete users while ensuring that they never go above  25 at any point of time, the plan will continue to support 25 free users even if the total number of users including deleted users has been over 25. Please confirm if my understanding is correct?

2) How many aliases can I have for each user?

3) How many personally owned domains can I add to my free plan?

4) Is it possible to add a personally owned domain to Zoho mail which is already attached to another email provider (e.g. Microsoft 365 Family plan for home users via GoDaddy while it was allowed)

5) Is it possible to add a personally owned domain to Zoho mail as a  Domain alias when it is already attached to another email provider (e.g. Microsoft 365 Family plan for home users via GoDaddy while it was allowed)

6) What are the limitations of my free plan apart from 5 GB per user storage?

7) My mail account shows IMAP, POP etc. are allowed. Please confirm if my understanding us correct.

8) Can I use Zoho workplace features with my free plan?

9) Are there any video tutorials or any book available to learn Zoho mail and Zoho workplace in more detail.

Regards,

      • Announcing Zoho Mail - Inactive user Policy

Dear Zoho Mail users, Thanks to all of you for your continuous support.  We have recently started implementing the Inactive User Policy, for Zoho Mail.  A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. The login through POP, IMAP and Active Sync are all taken into account for tracking the period of inactivity.  Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users.  To
