Zoho Invoice Attachments Questions

Zoho Invoice Attachments Questions

I have been using Zoho Invoice for about a year now and I LOVE it. I recommend it to clients all the time. I have noticed that the attachments feature has improved quite a bit and it is looking like something I could actually use in my workflow. However before I do, I have a few questions I can not seem to find the answer too and thought I would ask publicly so others could find the info as well.

1. Is there, or will there be a way to mass export attachments? I have no desire to leave Zoho, but I also do not like having my data locked into a service. I realize you can save them one at a time, but that does not help in the long term. A service like "Google Takeout" would be ideal, offering a way for clients to backup or take all their data. You could export both invoices and attachments as joined pdfs in one big zip file. Would be awesome for long term backups.

2. Are there size or number limits to attachments in any way, and what are they? If I start using this feature, I want to know if I might run into a road block in the future.

3.*Suggestion* Are there any plans to add a "attachment button" when adding payments both on web/mobile. I attach scanned cheques to all invoices and this would help improve my workflow.

4. *Problem*. This is a current problem with mobile. When you take a photo in landscape mode and then click attach, it works. But if you take the photo in landscape then rotate the phone before you hit attach, the option to attach disappears. Minor problem but due to the way I am used to using my phone has been causing me issues.

5.*Suggestion* When in the invoice list view, it would be great to have just a small icon somewhere indicating that the invoice has an attachment. Maybe a little grey paper clip next to status. Or maybe a report that would indicate invoices that do/do not have attachments.

6. Also are there any plans to enhance the scanning feature for mobile? For instance if you scan a document with google drive on mobile it automatically crops down to the document edges and saves it as a pdf. For documents anyways its a more polished and readable result.
