Zoho invoice is a piece of s**t software

Since a couple of months I'm starting to realize that Zoho invoice is actually a piece of sh*t software. I'm paying US$ 60 monthly (4 accounts). But since today also I noticed that they can't even provide direct phone support, also if you are paid user. When you call them, you'll always get a voice recording saying that they can't answer your call right now, please leave a message. No matter what time you call. Always the same message.

There a bugs in the software that I've pointed out a couple of times already, but they say that their going to solve it, but actually they don't. Instead they give you a workaround, but these workarounds are actually not really a good solution.

For example the way they print the delivery address on the invoice and the packing slip. It is impossible to print the company name and contact person with the address there. So what happens, you'll sent a package to your customer by mail, but DHL won't know know which company or contact name to deliver it to. Guys at Zoho, why don't you solve such a obvious issue? 

Then tax and shipping, you can not configure if the tax has to be added to the shipping price. Which suck if your business is in a country where you need to put tax on shipping cost.

Another thing, when you upload you logo, the quality of your logo in the invoices that you sent is very crappy. 

What is also very annoying is the limited ability to change the layout of the invoice templates that they offer. 

In May/June this year for a couple of weeks loading Zoho invoice was very slow, I was almost impossible to create invoice. I was practically unable to work, too slow. 

Right now they also changed something to the way the display the address on the invoice. Now it's printing the address the wrong way. I don't know is this is part of an update or something, but at least they could have given us a notice about it.

Guys at Zoho: unfortunately I can't easily move my accounts elsewhere, so please improve you product and provide proper phone support to your paid customers. Right now I can't encourage other people to use your software. Actually I would like to warn them before they apply for an account here.
