I have a landing page with a popup. The popup form should be used to collect contact details. The landingpage is integrated with the CRM leads module. ==> https://go.hansmaier.com/test-lp/ 

When I call the page the popup appears - so far ok.

When I fill in the fields and click on the button, a new button with "submit" appears and nothing happens further - what do I have to change so that the data is submitted and the lead ends up on the thank you page?
