Zoho Lists/Subforms

Is there a way to do a sub-form or is there an app, but with a pre-filled list? So clients only need to enter the data? I've got a Lookup field, but its no good if they don't know what to look up.
Also, is there a way to do a list, like the Trade Contacts, list, so it doesn't need to be Edited? I ran out of Currency fields so need another way to do a tally.
