Announcing Zoho Mail - Inactive user Policy

Dear Zoho Mail users,

Thanks to all of you for your continuous support. 

We have recently started implementing the Inactive User Policy, for Zoho Mail. 

A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. The login through POP, IMAP and Active Sync are all taken into account for tracking the period of inactivity. 

Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users. 

To retain your email account and the related data, all you need to do is just login to your account and the data will be retained in your account. If you do not want your email data, you need not do anything. 

This will clear only the data in your Zoho Mail account and any POP account added in it. 

Other Zoho Services that you are using and the data stored in the respective services will not be affected.

If you have not signed in to the Zoho Mail account recently, do take a look at our recent updates. In case you have forgotten your Zoho password, you can click on forgot password link to receive password reset email, using which you can sign in and reactivate your account.
