Zoho Mail to Zoho Books Email Forwarding
It's puzzling that you can set up an email forwarding address/distribution list to redirect emails to Zoho Desk from Zoho Mail (avoiding the unattractive domain provided),
Yet there's no option to create a distribution list from Zoho Mail to the Zoho Books receipts scanner without incurring a charge of £20 per month for an additional active user.
This situation appears unreasonable.
