Zoho one - adding employee with lower prices for specific applications

I have a subscription in Zoho one for 1 user which is me and have many applications which is great.
i want to buy licence for my employees but not the zoho one licence.
i want to buy about 20 liscence for zoho people to be able to check in and out and manage the tasks duration.
and 1 complete licence for hr.
and 1 zoho books for the accountant.
and 2 zoho crm - one of them professional.

when i am trying to do this i found the only way to add them to the zoho one liscence and should pay 35$/user /month and this is very expensive for me.

Please some one help me as i am going to implement the solution tomorrow morning
