Zoho One Admin Access Restriction

There are many things I needed to solve:

I need to add admin under Zoho One due to needed someone to work on access on my team. However, When I added someone, Whole Zoho One he/she can access. I am to restrict only on Apps section. They dont need to use my subscription/billing details and so on.
White Label Zoho One including other Apps.

Quite funny. My staff confuse when changing apps from one at a time and they always accidentally sign up or create another app.
I know that there is custom domain to Zoho Projects but I cannot see if it is working on my plan.
