Zoho One Apps
Has anyone else noticed that all of the Zoho Apps lack tons of features? Zoho Creator is awesome, but all of the Zoho One apps simply don't deliver the "punch" like other software solutions designed to do the same thing. We find ourselves constantly submitting tickets to support and also posting here, usually to be left scratching our heads about how the apps don't include these very basic requests.
All of these "out of the box" solutions are incredibly dull and don't have consistent updates. The smart move when using Zoho is to simply build everything yourself within Zoho Creator.
***Zoho Desk is actually pretty good btw, so Creator and Desk are good but everything else stinks badly. Zoho CRM is the worst CRM out there.

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
