I was looking to do some automation with groups inside Zoho ONE. I can't find any way to do the followings.

You know when you go to application you can have conditional assignment, I would like something similar for groups or at least be able to run some deluge.

My case is the following.

We are using Zoho People to create new users via the onboarding process. We have internal and external users.

All users that are consider internal will be required to use SSO (Zoho ONE security policies).

The external users will be user will be exempt from that.

So, when the HR resource hired some one and goes true the onboarding process, I would like to be able automatically in the back set the users in the proper groups inside Zoho ONE with out having them/or giving them any rights to manages groups.

So is it possible using conditional assignment or deluge scripts. For some reason I can't find information about deluge for Zoho ONE. Would be super simple to have a workflow run in Zoho ONE upon new account creation and would look at the email and add them to the proper groups. Just don’t see any option to do so.
