Whether this is a whinge, complaint or recommendation. Take it either way.
I was so looking forward to moving my companies email to Zoho Mail, away from Google to have everything in the one system to find out that it would cost over $2,500 annually for 2 email addresses. If you buy stand alone mail it is $6 per month per user, though if you are on Zoho One All Inclusive Pricing you need to pay $60 per month for an email address or go to all inclusive pricing which is 2.5 times the cost of the all in one pricing.
I would have thought there is other organisations out there that need say 3 or 4 Zoho One Licences and then all other employees not needing Zoho at all could go onto Zoho Mail at $6 per user per month.
I was promised by our relationship manager twice that they could do it at the mail lite pricing to then be told not allowed when he tried to instigate it. So we have decided to stay with Google mail due to the pricing restrictions.
Has anybody else found a workaround or been told differently and is able to do something different? I am not being replied to by Zoho correctly, have asked for things in writing have even done up spreadsheets to ask for exact pricing per user to weigh costs but have refused to put anything in writing.
I can not be the only one having this issue or maybe I am being unrealistic. I can not justify $60 per month each user just to have an email address for a handful employees. .
