Zoho One, recruit and CRM sync

We have just migrated to Zoho One and were reassured that there would be no disruption to service, that we could continue accessing apps as we were pre migration. 
Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be the case. I no longer have clients in recruit, I have departments, I do not have client contacts in my job openings and CRM isn't syncing with recruit and i can't find where I should be checking this as it's not in marketplace any more. Also, the back up that is normally run on the 24th month isn't availbel or hasn't happened. I have contacted Z1 onboarding team and am yet to hear from them. As this is interrupting work, I wondered if someone could help me on here?
