Zoho One - Use Project or Bigin for that?

Hello, we're testing Zoho One for our needs and if I get an answer and it works we're planning to upgrade to the full version for all our employees.

I cannot understand if it fits this need.

Basically we'd like to use Bigin (or Project) to take care of our project but I need to create a sort of TEMPLATE PROJECT that I can duplicate each time for every customer.

Each project should have all the task yet in (the task are the same for all the projects) so I can duplicate the template, assign a name/client and start working on it and track the progress without filling all the task manually since they're always the same.

For example the project is called "PROJECT A" and should have the following task yet ready

  • Whatsapp
    • Task 1
    • Task 2
    • Task 3
  • Site
    • Task 1
    • Task 2
  • Booking
    • Task 1
    • Task 2
    • Task 3
    • Task 4

and so on.

If I can get this as a template, I can duplicate this, assign the client and start working.

Can you please tell me how can I replicate this in Bigin or in the Zoho One project so we can confirm our trial subscription and go on?
