Zoho Payroll Customer Support not able to recognize the problem in the application

I would like to bring to your kind attention the response we got from Zoho Payroll for the problem reported at https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/option-to-download-all-pay-slips-from-zoho-payroll-for-a-person-after-account-disabled

Why can't an admin be able to logon to view the payslips of a particular employee and download the same? I find this is a design flaw in the application which CRM team is trying to cover up instead of recognizing the same honestly and getting to the Tier 2 or Development team to fix the same.
