  • Quarterly Pay Schedule: Make paying salaries every three months effortless (US)

  • Zoho Analytics: Instantly access pre-built payroll reports that matter (UAE)

  • Group By Filter: Categorize reimbursements with precision and clarity (IN)

  • Bank and SIF Formats: Stay compliant with UAE banking standards

Explore the changes and see how they fit into your workflow.

Quarterly Pay Schedule: Pay Salary Every Three Months (US)

Zoho Payroll now supports the Quarterly Pay Schedule, allowing you to pay employees once every three months. This pay frequency is designed for businesses that operate on a quarterly financial cycle and prefer fewer payroll runs, reducing the time spent on payroll processing.

IdeaScenario: Imagine you run a consultancy firm where project cycles and payments from clients occur on a quarterly basis. Instead of running payroll every month, you set up Zoho Payroll to pay your employees every three months.

To change the pay schedule for your organization, navigate to Settings > Pay Schedule and select the schedule.

Bank and SIF Formats for UAE: Stay Compliant with Regulations

We've expanded our support for bank advice and SIF formats in Zoho Payroll, enhancing salary processing for UAE-based employers. You can now generate bank advice in HSBC Bank and Emirates NBD formats, as well as SIF files in the LuLu Exchange House format, ensuring smooth salary transfers through these financial institutions.

Zoho Analytics: Default Payroll Reports at Your Fingertips (IN)

We’re making it easier to get deep insights into your payroll data with Zoho Analytics. A set of new reports such as Payroll Summary Dashboard, Earnings Pay Run Monthly Trend, and Employee Benefits/Contributions Summary, among others, will be available giving you instant access to metrics.

For new users integrating Zoho Payroll with Zoho Analytics, a set of comprehensive default reports will now be available automatically, whereas existing users will have to sync fields and modules to generate custom reports. Existing users can also choose to delete and reintegrate to access these default payroll reports instantly.

Group By Filter: Organize Reimbursements with Ease (IN)

With the new Group By filter on the Reimbursement Claims page in the Zoho Payroll employee portal, you can now organize claims by Reimbursement Type or Bill Date. This enhancement helps you quickly locate and manage specific claims, making it easier to focus on what matters without getting lost in a sea of data.

That's a wrap for now! We are always eager to hear your suggestions so we can help you do payroll better. Feel free to share them in the comments below.
