Zoho Project Support Does little to nothing

Are other users finding problems with Zoho Support? I'll often email a problem and they'll respond with stock answers like: "As requested we have made necessary changes, Kindly check and get back if there is any issue or query."

I have received this exact message many times and it is never fixed. I believe the support technitians are told they have to fix an issue or say it's fixed within a certain amount of time even if it is not fixed.

I have one open issue that has been open for months with no solution.

They have to be convinced with multiple screen shots to prove they are wrong instead of believe the customer.

Very frustating.
