I have few questions regarding Zoho Projects:
1. When I create a project. I have to create milestones and later on the task list. Only then I am able to create tasks. Is it possible to create tasks without task lists? So only milestones and tasks...
2. Where I can find in Zoho Projects, management of the tags? I would like to delete a few, which I've created.
3. I would like to share a project with my external client. Is it possible to set up a task in a way, which would require the client to sign-off on the tasks which I've completed?
4. Can I block the client from the possibility of adding new tasks in the project?
5. Could you please explain to me, what is the conceptual difference between budgeted and planned hours?
6. I've changed the planned hours on the tasks level, however the dashboard and planned hours on the milestone level are not refreshing. Could you please let me know how to force the update?
