Zoho Projects have been broken since May 8 - No solution provided

I opened ticket #40539004 on May 8th. Since then no solution has been provided to me. I have constantly received messages saying "we fixed the issue" but it is not fixed. Further, I have done three screen shares and each time I show the same error to a new tech and nothing happens.

The issue is that I am unable to change the rate or the role of users in Zoho Projects.

How do I escalate the issue? Does anyone know a number to call to get a response?
