I have some questions in general about Zoho. I'm developing a website at the moment and I'm looking for a webmail solution to complement it. So here are my queries:
1) Can I add an unlimited number of email accounts, each with it's own id and password?
2) Can I create new email accounts via http web requests or some form of API?
3) What are the storage limits per email account?
4) Can I manage passwords from my web application, I want to keep the passwords consistent across my website and the webmail.
5) Since I want to use my own domain name for email, I understand there is a fee, however is what is it? And is is per email account or just one payment no matter how many email accounts I create.
6) Is the IMAP feature fully available now?
I've been looking a google apps, however the free version is limited to 50 accounts and the premuim version of $50 per user is too much money for a website that I'l be running for non profit.
