Zoho recruit chrome plugin and gmail attachments

We are new to zoho recruit.  We have worked with several ATS and they all have the ability to parse a resume directly from either their own inbox (IMAP) such as in PCRecruiter etc, or using a chrome plugin like in Google hire.  This allows you to match the resume to the job, straight from the email.

With zoho recruit i only see the following options:

1. forward email to a generic to a zoho parsing address (this does not match the candidate to a job automatically) so you now have to go into the recruit and match them
2. add the candidate via crm sync with zoho recruit, but no option for resume attachment or to match to a job
3. we tried to use the zoho recruit chrome addon, which is supposed to allow us to copy paste the document from a web browser, but even if we open the attachment from gmail into a webbrowser like google docs or gmail doc preview etc, when we copy the document and click on recruit nothing happens.

Is there no way to extract a resume from an email and match to a job without having to leave the inbox?  this is normal for all ATS programs in our experience with multiple of them.
