Zoho recruit - Suggestions for improvement for Job openings search and skillset field modification
Currently, Candidates' skills get parsed and broken down. But when it comes to job openings we have to manually update each time depending on client job order which is not efficient. For example, we get multiple front-end roles and each client has varying skills that they need as part of that job order.
It will be good once the Job description is updated it should automatically parse the job description and break it down into skill sets and then have an option to edit them or add new skills for that particular example. Linkedin job postings are a perfect example of how this is done. Attached please find screenshots. This will also help and make Zia more efficient.
