Example

John, a marketing specialist with social media campaign expertise, uploads his resume to Zia. Zia analyzes John's skills and experience and recommends several open marketing positions that require social media expertise. Previously, John might have come across these postings, but relevant keywords might have been buried within the job descriptions. With Zia's analysis, John sees these opportunities front and center, increasing his chances of landing his dream job.

After applying for several positions on your Zoho Recruit platform, David feels unsure of which applications he's submitted. He chats with Zia, who displays a comprehensive list of all his applications, including deadlines and any updates from recruiters. With this information readily available, David can prioritize his follow-ups and feel confident that he hasn't missed any important details.

Additional Points to Remember 

• To access the chatbot, candidates must provide grant consent for using their information.
  
• When displaying matching jobs, Zia only shows the job title, location, and type for each opportunity.
  
• Zia can currently display a maximum of 10 relevant jobs at a time to candidates.
  
• Client-contact details are not revealed to candidates through Zia.
  
• The information Zia uses is based on the fields you've enabled in your Candidate Portal setup.
