Zoho Remote Support- how is it compared to GoToAssist?
I'm using Zoho for my CRM and stumbled across Remote Support. I currently use Go To Assist and really like it, but it's $69/mo! That's a big hit for a one man operation like me.
How reliable is Zoho? Is there any lag or buffering with Remote Support? What type of speed is the the file transfer?
How easy is it to get clients on Remote Support?
