Zoho SalesIQ Zobot updating of lead information into Zoho CRM, and coding problems

1) What is the coding/scripting required to update the lead's data and information captured in that Zobot chat (for example, full name, email, contact number, budget, move-in-date) into our Zoho CRM? Our Zoho CRM and SalesIQ accounts are already connected, but I am unsure what are the necessary scripting/codes that we can input into the SalesIQ script to automatically update the captured leads' information into our Zoho CRM. At the moment, only the chat transcript is sent to our email, and new visitors are added, but other important lead information is not captured. A previous sales assistant told us about using API names and adding them into the code, as well as to refer to the inbuilt zobot Zoho CRM template, but I do not have coding experience and I am unsure which parts to copy over into my own chatbot to capture the required information. Would it be possible to schedule a video demo or perhaps provide a proper guide on the scripting logic (for all message, trigger and context handlers)?



2) I can't seem to get the Slider/Range Slider widgets to work in my chatbot, even though I copied the format as listed online in the zoho salesiq widget help page.



3) For the scheduling of a call function by using the calendar widget in the Zobot SalesIQ script, it seems that the date and timings of the calls selected by the visitors are not automatically updated or reflected into the system. Is there a way/coding required for us to do so?
