There is a serious breakdown in the security that Zoho provides business owners.  When I have an employee that does not show up for work or is fired, Zoho blocks all administrators from accessing that employee's account without permission from the employee

Despite the fact that our company has disabled TFA for our account, Zoho is enforcing their own TFA using my employees personal information as the gateway to access these vital email accounts.

This is a major issue today as I am trying to access crucial documents that Zoho has locked inside of my own company email account.  I changed the password for this account to access today, but Zoho is blocking me out, requiring me to reach out to a remote employee on the other side of the world for permission to access.
