Since we switched over to Zoho campaigns we have noticed that our open rates have dropped significantly. After investigating the issue, we have found that the IP Zoho is using to send on our behalf has been blacklisted.
Furthermore, not a single campaign we have sent has made it to my personal inbox since the transition (Both Gmail and Outlook accounts across 6 months). These go straight to my spam folder and I imagine most of our subscribers are experiencing the same thing.
We have our DKIM and SPF records in place as well so that is not the issue. We have also done a full analysis on the content to make sure best practices have been met.
We need this issue resolved if we are to continue using the campaign services.
