I recently signed up for your Zoho One trial and I just added the Zoho Sign marketplace integration to Zoho CRM. It's okay but has challenges.

For example, even though I'm inside of an individual record, you still have to use the integrated search function to call up a name to add someone to the signature process. If I'm already inside of an individual record, the name from that record should be pre-filled.

My biggest challenge is that you have to upload a document and add the signature and other fields, as well as the document settings each and every time you call the integration. 

Here's what I want to do:

1. Click a "Send to Sign" button from inside of a CRM record.
2. Automatically select a pre-set Zoho Sign template so I don't have to add the signature fields and setting every time.
3. Automatically add the necessary Zoho CRM record fields to the Zoho Sign template fields.
4. Send the document out form signature.

I don't see any API documentation for Zoho Sign and read in another question thread that you are working on the docs now.
