Zoho Sign: Date format

Zoho Sign: Date format

Hi

Is it possible to have the date format tweaked or user customizable?  I am only able to change it in the settings but the format I need is not there

I require dd-mm-yyyy due to the insurance forms I use

Any help would be appreciated.  Please see snippet
