Zoho Sign "Unable to process request"

Zoho Sign "Unable to process request"

We have 3 SignForms, but accessing them via the URL now results in "Unable to process your request" when submitting the initial form, with no further information as to what's going on. The forms are active, and nothing looks out of the order in Zoho Sign, except that no new forms have been submitted for the last two days. This doesn't work for several people from different locations. How can we debug what's going on? Nothing has changed on our end recently.
