Zoho stop replying to support tickets

Hello,

I have to raise this discussion publicly because Zoho have stopped replying to several support tickets this week and both are urgent matters.

The first is around Zoho Workdrive. We have been trying to migrate from Google Drive (GSuite) and despite several emails they have yet to follow up or help action this - it has been over a week,

The second is around Zoho Contacts. I have, quite legitimately, asked why I cannot block my users from exporting contacts from Zoho Contacts. I have been told I can only block them exporting Organisation contacts and not Personal Contacts - except Personal Contacts are in fact contacts of customers. This is a serious issue and appears Zoho are not fit for being a Data Processor under GDPR Regulations in the UK. I have copied in their legal team and still not had a reply.

I have referred the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). It does seem to me that whenever a Zoho support agent can't or doesn't know how to answer a support ticket it just gets ignored and I now have to raise this in a public forum so other users are informed.
