Is it just me or is Zoho Support the most frustrating support you have ever dealt with?
It takes an ungodly amount of time to explain back and forth over email to them, when you call the support line the people you speak cannot give you an answer all they say is "they will get back to you" or the phone line is turned off! Just like it is with Zoho Dataprep currently, the phone has been turned off now for atleast 2 days and nobody is returning any email.
Why when we are paying for a service AND support is the support terrible??
