I have been using Zoho CRM for several months. Today I added Zoho Survey Premium Edition to my account. I have created a survey and turned on the integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Survey. Everything is working fine when I test the survey. It creates a new Lead for me in Zoho CRM. The only problem is that I can't tell that this new Lead came from a Survey. It looks like a normal Lead. I had hoped the Created By field would say Zoho Survey or something like that. Is there a way to embed information into the survey that will be passed into the Lead?

 

For example, I have a text box in Leads that is called List Name. I would like to have a way to input data into this field when a new Lead is created from a survey. Is this possible?
