Within Zoho Survey I can see that our ethnicity question/field where people can identify as NIUEAN shows 0 responses, however when exporting to csv, excel, zoho sheets all respondents come up as NIUEAN. 

It's like the "no" answer gets turned into a "yes" for all respondents when exporting.
