We are currently using Google Workspace Voice for our phone system, which works awesome and is very reasonably priced but does not integrate with Zoho or anybody at the moment. We have to move away from Google though so I needed to find another calling solution and while we are at it, hopefully try to find something that integrates with Zoho as it is becoming an increasing pain point in our use of Zoho CRM.  I have trialed several providers and researched almost all of the integrations Zoho has...this is quite the rabbit hole.  The long and the short of it is this: Zoho's phone bridge needs improvement, Zoho's integration options leave a lot to be desired and Zoho Voice is confusing and not priced competitively.

Here is a break down of the options I narrowed down to before deciding to go with Zoom's phone service. Note, a reliable mobile app with sms is a requirement.  This requirement eliminated almost all of Zoho's telephony integrations as almost everyone of them had mobile apps that were bluntly, a complete joke.  A lot of Zoho's telephony integrations are with companies that seemed a little suspect during my research.

Dailpad - Exactly what we are looking for! $15 a month for unlimited calling sms and mms, billed annually. $25 a month with salesforce integration.  Great mobile app.  Zoho does NOT integrate with them.

Microsoft Teams Calling - Almost exactly what we are looking for! $15 a month for 3000 mins but no sms or mms(there are 3 party add-ons to accomplish this).  Zoho does NOT integrate with them.  Salesforce integration coming.

Ringcentral - On paper almost exactly what we are looking for. $35+Taxes a month, billed annually.  Ringcentral's taxes were really high. Unlimited calling, sms, mms and mobile app. Zoho DOES integrate with them. However, we choose not to go with Ringcentral because of our poor experience with them during our free trial.

Zoom Phone - Exactly what we are looking for! $15 a month for unlimited calling sms and mms includes tons of integrations like salesforce, google etc. Great mobile app. Zoho does NOT integrate with their phone service, others do.  This is who we went with and we would recommend them.

Zoho Voice - Pricing and options are a complete joke! There are 6 different plan options, only ONE that integrates with Zoho's other services....HUH?!?!  One would think every plan would integrate with Zoho but that would make too much sense I guess.  No sms or mms.  The plan that integrates STARTS at $49 month, billed annually and you only get 250 outgoing minutes for that.  There is a mobile app but there was no point in even trying it.

Conclusion, Zoho's telephony options are not good at all for a small business like ours.  Zoho's phone bridge was decent but not great when i tested it with different providers.  Dailpad and Zoom's integrations with Salesforce are waaaaaay better.  Zoho Voice makes no sense.

Zoho, please improve your phone bridge.  Add integration to providers like Dailpad, Zoom and Microsoft Teams or make Zoho Voice competitive with alternatives.
